Join in on the Burn45 workouts which are 45 minutes in length. Burn45 is a circuit based exercise program designed to burn maximum calories and melt away fat.
Attach your heart rate monitor and track your real time results including calories burned, heart rate percentage and active point to ensure you are always in the maximum fat burning range.
Each member will have their own unique profile. Your daily results are sent to you via email to ensure you are always progressing your fitness level.
You will have access to our exclusive Burn45 app to input your your data and keep track of your goals inside and outside of the gym. Track your performance, trend your results against other members and get rewarded for working out.
The class is lead by an instructor and monitored on the wall in our newly renovated facility. All athletes' heart rates and scores will be cast onto the screen to have a friendly competition. Push yourself with your friends to see who can stay in the fat burning zone!
